How To Compete
ONE COMMUNITY. MULTIPLE WAYS TO COMPETE. ENDLESS WAYS TO CELEBRATE.
The Road to Miami starts with the Online Challenge and Qualifier (OCQ), an online challenge where athletes from all over the world come together to test their fitness. This is a great opportunity to come together with like-minded athletes around the globe. Don’t miss out as you push your limits and potentially earn a spot on the floor in Miami!
Athletes can choose to take on the OCQ with the individual or team of three challenges. Workouts are released on our social media channels and emailed out to registered athletes. Movement standards, video requirements, and scorecards will also be available once they are announced.

Choose your division and then prepare for some fun! The Individual Online Challenge & Qualifier takes place over two consecutive weeks.
Each week, athletes have all weekend to complete the given workouts and submit scores by the following Monday. The live leaderboard will determine if you snagged a spot to compete in Miami.

Teams Of Three
Grab two friends and take on the team challenge. Athletes do not have to be from the same gym, state, or country to participate (MMM/FFF).
PLUS, teammates do not have to perform the workouts in the same gym or at the same time, as workouts are designed to be performed individually.

pairs
We’re bringing Pairs to Miami 2026. The format offers Co-Ed (MF) & Same-Gender (FF, MM) team options, in Rx, Intermediate, Open, and Masters divisions.
Allowing athletes to compete in teams of two provides a new layer of strategy, teamwork, and performance.
All Pairs divisions will be general registration and first-come, first-served, with no qualification required.
