TAKE ON THE GAUNTLET
WHAT IT IS
Whether you’re a local, volunteering over the weekend, or coming into town to spectate, this is your chance to earn your weekend.
Athletes battle through three stations within one hour. Each station provides a different style of workout and the top Finishers from the Gauntlet Qualifiers advance to the Gauntlet Finals.
HOW IT WORKS
Choose your 60-minute slot on whichever day works for you from Thur, Jan 23, 2025, through Sat, Jan 25, 2025.
Top athletes in each division will qualify for the finals on Sun, Jan 26th, 2025. The top 3 athletes in each division will be celebrated at the closing ceremony podium at the end of the competition weekend.

DIVISIONS
This division is filled with our weekend warriors who have some level of experience on the competition floor. They’ve got the skills and drills to throw down with the rest of them. You typically do CrossFit Open workouts as prescribed, but may not want to commit to all 3 days of competition at the TYR Wodapalooza Miami.
Show us what you got! Hopefully next year, we’ll see you on the competition floor for the main showdown.
The intermediate division is for those who have some of the skills down and are comfortable moving a barbell. Maybe you’ve done a few local competitions, or haven’t, and you’re ready for the big stage!
This is a great environment to really see where your fitness stands. Who knows, maybe you’ll surprise yourself with a PR!
This division is for the athlete looking for their first opportunity to experience competition without committing to multiple days, in an inclusive and welcoming environment. The workouts, while challenging, will consist of minimal skills & light lifting loads.
This is your chance to experience a taste of the camaraderie of competition & to put your fitness to the test at the TYR Wodapalooza. We promise you’ll leave feeling accomplished and hungry for the next!
