New for Miami: PAIRS
May 27, 2025
Introducing pairs
After popular demand in SoCal, we’re bringing PAIRS to Miami 2026.
The Pairs format offers both Co-Ed and Same-Gender team options, in Rx, Intermediate, Open, and Masters divisions. Allowing athletes to compete in teams of two provides a new layer of strategy, teamwork, and performance. Whether you’re joining forces with a training partner or testing your synergy with a friend, the new pairs divisions create fresh pathways to showcase your fitness.
All Pairs divisions will be general registration and first-come, first-served. Athletes who participate in the OCQ, submit all scores and videos, whether in the Individual or Teams of Three divisions, will be eligible for early access to register for a Pairs division in Miami. Spots are limited.

how it works
- Participate in the OCQ as either an Individual, Oct 8-20, 2025, or on a Team of three, Nov 13-24, 2025, and gain early access to Pairs registration for Miami 2026.
- Athletes who qualify for Individual or Team of Three divisions through the OCQ may choose to decline their invitation in hopes of securing a spot in a Pairs division during early access registration.
- Early access to Pairs registration for OCQ participants starts December 15, 2025.
- All spots are first-come, first-served.
- General Registration for Pairs divisions will be available to the public on December 18, 2025, for any remaining spots.
