TICKET UPDATES
As we hit the mid-way point between last year’s festival and our next, the TYR WZA team remains hard at work reflecting on past feedback and identifying ways to make the event even better than the last. Over the last several weeks we’ve rolled out updates to the competition format, and we’re just getting started.
Today, we come to you with improvements to the spectator experience. For those in attendance at this year’s festival, we hear you and are committed to curating the most epic celebration of fitness that prioritizes safety without compromising the Miami experience. Despite increasing the number of seats across all stages, watching competition (specifically the elite divisions) left much to be desired. That’s why we’re announcing the biggest update to the ticket format in our twelve-year history.
THE WHAT & HOW
Recognizing there are many ways to celebrate in Miami, we’re stoked to roll out some fundamental changes that will enhance the ways you can join in, starting with three unique ticket types to provide attendees with the experience of their choosing.
- Option one is the Festival Pass, which gets you general access to the festival grounds, and access to all stages when the Elites are not competing. As an added perk, when they’re competing on Tina Hills, you can still watch from the hill.
- Option two is the Festival Elite Pass, which not only gets you everything that the Festival Pass gets you, but guarantees you seating for the Elite competition on all stages, all four days. No more fighting for a seat!
- Option three includes our VIP Pass, which gets you all of the above, access to a more premium viewing area on Bayside and Flagler, and finally, access to our Beach Lounge, with food and beverage included similar to last year.
There to watch your friend from the gym compete in the Open division? A Festival Pass is all you need!
Are you there to watch your favorite Games athlete crush the elite competition? A Festival Elite Pass is for you.
Want to enjoy the festival like the kings and queens of the castle? The VIP pass is the right choice.

MORE OF THE DETAILS
Tickets to Flagler and Bayside competition stages will now be capped to ensure no overcrowding, while still offering access to the community experiences including vendor village, seminars, podcasts, and more.
Spectators can choose a ticket package that guarantees seating at these stages throughout the weekend or opt for one that still provides access to the festivities without guaranteed seating. Those who prefer a more go-with-the-flow festival experience can either claim non-guaranteed seats at these stages upon availability or hang out in any of the NEW live broadcast viewing areas throughout the grounds to stay up on the action.
Another major update to ticketing this year, and to help further prevent overcrowding and excess wait times, we will close sales once available packages sell out. Miami moves quickly, and so will you, as we anticipate these tickets to go fast.

As we enter year 12, the TYR WZA has experienced massive growth. Our community knows how to show up and show out. While we love throwing the celebration of the year, we’ve heard your concerns about overcrowding in and around competition stages.
Your feedback ensures we can deliver an experience that is as safe as it is unforgettable and our priority remains to deliver a positive experience for you. With continued growth, we hope these shifts will ensure everybody can enjoy Miami in the ways they want.
