INDIVIDUAL

The first step to participating in the WZAOC as an individual is to register! Choose your division and then prepare for 3 weeks of fun! Multiple workouts are released each Wednesday (beginning August 21st) with scores due the following Monday.

TEAM

Grab your friends and compete as a team for the WZAOC! Choose your division and then get ready to tackle 10 workouts over 10 days. Teammates do not have to be in the same gym or even the same country to participate!

Three ways to earn your
spot to WZA Miami

Qualification

The first step of qualifying to compete at WZA Miami is through the WZA Online Challenge & Qualifier. Top athletes (individual & team) who finish in a certain ranking or position earn their spot to compete at under the bright lights in Miami.

How many spots are available in each division?

Open Registration

On a pre-identified date, registration for specific divisions (see below) will open to all eligible athletes who completed the WZA Online Challenge & Qualifier in its entirety. Athletes are invited to race against other eligible athletes to sign up and secure their spot to compete at WZA Miami.

How does Open Registration work?

Top athletes in the Elite Individual & Elite Team of 4 (Co-Ed) divisions will be able to bypass the Wodapalooza Online Challenge & Qualifier to compete at Wodapalooza Miami in February. Invitations are based on past Sanctional finishes and the CrossFit Games.
